By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Glitter Pines (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Tickets

   • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law.

   • Tickets must be presented (digital or printed) for entry.

2. Event Access

   • Entry may be refused if you arrive late to your session.

   • The organiser reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to weather, safety, or technical issues).

3. Health & Safety

   • Attendees must follow all staff instructions at all times.

   • No external food or drink is permitted inside the venue.

   • For your safety, please do not touch any trees, decorations, or LED screens.

   • Parents/guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.

4. Liability

   • Attendance at this Event is at your own risk. The organiser, Stage Lab, and associated partners accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

5. Media & Photography

   • Photography and filming may occur at the Event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials unless you advise the organiser in writing prior to your session.

6. Parking & Transport

   • Limited parking is available on-site. Additional public parking may be found nearby. The organiser accepts no responsibility for vehicles or personal property left in or around the venue.

7. General

   • The organiser reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

   • By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
