All ticket sales for Glitter Pines are final. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.

Late Arrival & Missed Sessions

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

Late arrivals may not be admitted, and refunds will not be provided for missed sessions.

Event Changes or Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Glitter Pines is cancelled by the organiser, all ticket holders will be contacted and offered either a full refund or the option to transfer tickets to a new session/date.

If a session is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new time.

Safety & Compliance

Guests who do not follow event rules, staff directions, or safety guidelines may be refused entry or removed from the venue without a refund.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may entitle you to a refund or replacement in the case of a major failure or significant issue with the service provided.
