Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales for Glitter Pines are final. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

  1. Non-Refundable Tickets

    • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

    • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.

  2. Late Arrival & Missed Sessions

    • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

    • Late arrivals may not be admitted, and refunds will not be provided for missed sessions.

  3. Event Changes or Cancellations

    • In the unlikely event that Glitter Pines is cancelled by the organiser, all ticket holders will be contacted and offered either a full refund or the option to transfer tickets to a new session/date.

    • If a session is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new time.

  4. Safety & Compliance

    • Guests who do not follow event rules, staff directions, or safety guidelines may be refused entry or removed from the venue without a refund.

  5. Consumer Rights

    • This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may entitle you to a refund or replacement in the case of a major failure or significant issue with the service provided.
